Package Bar Price: For an additional $4.00 per person we will furnish and serve unlimited domestic tap beer and unlimited soda from our guns starting after your meal until 12:00am. We do offer specialty beers at an additional cost. Beer & Soda will begin after meal.
Policies
We require a $500.00 non-refundable deposit to book a wedding.
An additional $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required 6 months before your wedding date.
The $1000.00 is deducted from your final bill.Balance of the bill must be settled the day following the event. We accept cash, checks or credit card (3% charge for credit cards).
Decorating Restrictions: We allow enclosed candles. We do not allow confetti, rice, glitter, blowing bubbles, crepe paper, ceiling decorations or similar products. No tack or nails allowed.
In accordance with the Health Code, food that is to be served by a licensed restaurant must be obtained from licensed food processing facilities that comply to all laws relating to food and food labeling. No carry in food allowed. Wedding cakes are the only exception (Must be purchased from a licensed vendor). All beverages consumed in our facility must be purchased from City Limits. No carry-ins on premise. Parking lot included. State law prohibits clients or guests from taking any unused food or beverage product off the premise.
We provide white vinyl tablecloths or we offer linen tablecloths and napkins for an additional fee.
Wedding party is responsible for packaging and removal of cake, cake parts, decorations, centerpieces and gifts the night of your wedding.
City Limits will not be responsible for anything damaged, lost or left behind, before, during or after the function. The contact person is responsible for any damage done to our facility or equipment.
